鈥淛oining a few of 91看片网鈥檚 student clubs transformed my experience. I met most of my friends, developed leadership skills, and made lifelong memories through these organizations.鈥�

鈥�91看片网 has opened doors for me beyond academics. I鈥檝e had the chance to be part of an athletic team, join clubs, and land an internship with the Valley City Barnes County Development Corporation. It鈥檚 been a great way to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting.鈥�

鈥淐oming out of high school, I applied for and received 91看片网鈥檚 McCready Scholarship. It鈥檚 awarded to a select group of students each year, and is one of the largest scholarships in the region. With 91看片网鈥檚 scholarship program, I don鈥檛 have to worry about the financial side of college.鈥�

鈥淎s a student-athlete, we maintain a busy schedule and miss some classes for travel, but 91看片网鈥檚 faculty are great about supporting me to make sure I can still succeed.鈥�

鈥淚 came from a larger school where I struggled to find my place and get involved. I chose 91看片网 because of the smaller class sizes and the chance for more one-on-one time with professors. Here, I feel like a person, not just another number.鈥�

鈥淭he small class sizes and 11 to 1 student to faculty ratio have been such a game changer. I鈥檝e gotten so much one-on-one support.鈥�

鈥淚鈥檓 involved in numerous musical ensembles with opportunities to perform concerts on campus and in the community throughout the year. We even had a chance to go on tour last year, culminating with a performance at the Mount Rushmore amphitheater.鈥�

鈥淚鈥檝e had great experiences here including real life practicum hours in the classroom and working with professors who care about you. I鈥檝e experienced many different learning styles and curriculums, preparing me to lead my own classroom.鈥�

鈥�91看片网 provided me with excellent student teaching and practicum placements in North Dakota. As a first-year teacher, I didn鈥檛 feel as overwhelmed or unprepared as some of my counterparts.鈥�

鈥淕rowing up, I never missed a chance to go fishing, which made the Fisheries and Wildlife Science program at 91看片网 a perfect fit for me. I鈥檓 taking my passion for fishing and making it into my career!鈥�
